Trump witness in lawsuit Trump University

- Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump intends to personally testify in the lawsuit that was filed against him and his defunct Trump University. That confirmed his lawyer Friday (local time).

The property magnate is accused of having scammed people belonging to 35 000 dollars (over 30 000) paid for a seminar on real estate. The so-called Trump University existed from 2005 to 2011. There were approximately 5000 students in that period off.

According to prosecutors it was no training and did not what was promised to the students in advance. Trump appeared in commercials to lure people to the institution.

The trial begins on November 28 in San Diego, three weeks after Trump record in the US presidential election against the Democratic candidate, in all likelihood Hillary Clinton.
