Trump visits Britain on 13 July

washington - US President Donald Trump visits Great Britain on Friday, July 13. That has been announced by the White House.

The visit is expected to be a working visit. Trump will then hold bilateral talks with British Prime Minister Theresa May, according to the British government. The place where the meeting will take place is not yet known.

Trump announced a previously planned working visit to London late last year, presumably because of threatening mass protests. May was the first European leader to visit the US president after his appointment in January last year. An official state visit had been in the air for some time, but it still did not happen.
