Trump promises health care decree

washington - President Trump promised on Tuesday that he will come with a presidential order to review health care in the United States.

'Because Congress does not get its care for care, I'll use the power of the pen to give a great health care to many people,' said Trump.

He did not clarify how that decree should look like.

The president has failed to launch an alternative to 'Obamacare' by the Senate several times.
