Trump leaves East Asia top

manila - US President Donald Trump left the Philippines on Tuesday. He made a summit with East Asian leaders because the program lasted longer than planned.

Against reporters on board his plane, Trump said he had already spoken the text of his speech during lunch with the government leaders. At the later meeting he represented himself by Foreign Minister Rex Tillerson.

Previously, Trump was in Japan, South Korea, China and Vietnam. 'All countries that do business with us in TRADE, now know that the rules have changed,' the president told Twitter. 'The United States must be treated fairly based on reciprocity. The significant trade deficits must be fast! '
