To find files faster in Google Drive

- Google has launched a new search tool for its Drive storage service that allows users to find their files easier. So it is now possible to limit the search to a specific file type.

It is also possible to search by date that the file has been modified, words from the file or the name of the creator or of persons with whom it is shared.The new search capabilities appear in both the iOS and Android app and the web-based service. In iOS, it is even possible to search through the Drive iOS search window without opening the Drive app. The new features are rolled out in the coming weeks.
