Three priests guilty of sexual abuse

san salvador - The Vatican has three priests from El Salvador found guilty of sexual abuse of minors. This was announced by the Catholic Church of San Salvador Sunday. The sexual abuse allegedly committed between 1980 and 2000.

The three priests were put in the Catholic Church after the trial. Pope Francis has repeatedly said that sexual violence against children will not be tolerated and has vowed that sexual abuse will be stopped within the Catholic Church.

The government of El Salvador has not (yet) brought no criminal charges.
