'Three men helped with rape, now she has to die'

khartoum - Salutation in Sudan: a 19-year-old teenage woman was sentenced to death after she stabbed her husband, but according to her lawyer she did so after she had been married off, trapped and raped, while being restrained by three men.

Noura Hussein (19) was married off on her 16th with her cousin. She refused, and fled to an acquaintance. She stayed there for three years. Yet she did not resist the call of home; her father promised to cancel the marriage.

That turned out to be a trap. The marriage went on, the two married, and Noura had to- as the use prescribes- have sex in the wedding night. But she refused.
