ramallah - Thousands of angry Palestinians took to the streets on Friday. They expressed their dissatisfaction with the decision of US President Donald Trump to recognize Jerusalem as the official capital of Israel.
The demonstrations got out of hand in some places, reports Israeli media.
Palestinians threw in Ramallah with stones and petrol bombs to security forces, backed with tear gas and rubber bullets. Also according to some messages in several places with sharp shot.
The riots took place in Jerusalem and the Palestinian territories. The health service in Gaza and aid organization Rode Halvemaan spoke about at least 109 wounded, including several people with gunshot wounds. Israeli media reports about dozens to nearly one hundred victims.
