This toddler is 23 years old

- He looks like a toddler, but actually Manpreet Singh from India is already 23 years old. Due to a very rare genetic disorder, the boy's body stopped growing after his first birthday. 'He will be our little child forever', say his uncle Karanvir Singh (45) and aunt Lakhwinder Kaur (42).

His neighbors believe that he is a reincarnation of God, while science is in the hair with his hands. Manpreet should not be so small at all, on the contrary. He should look like a young man of 23 years old.

But that is absolutely not the case: he is continuously in the arms of his family, plays like a child and can not talk yet. In all respects he looks like a toddler.
