washington - The airstrike Thursday on the village of al-Jina in Aleppo province in western Syria was carried out by American planes. Target was not a mosque, but a meeting place for al-Qaeda. That Friday informed the US Department of Defense.
Pentagon spokesman Jeff Davis revealed at a press conference footage of the attack. Such a step could be seen that the mosque had been spared.
