Surinamese masse in protest

- Between five and ten thousand people on Friday (local time) in the Surinamese capital Paramaribo gathered for a protest demonstration. The aim of the action is to make clear to the government of President Desi Bouterse she was the economic and financial crisis in the country.

The action is organized by a section of the trade union movement and the business community and the political parties from the opposition.
