Sun charges phone refugees

lesbos - Smartphones are important for refugees, they can keep in touch with each other and with family members. But in a refugee camp or on the road, it is difficult to charge the phones. Therefore Scottish students invented something new: the charger on solar energy.

According to Reuters, the students have to now put down to two charging stations in refugee camps. There are three poles in the making. Each pole may at twelve phones in one hour. That means 240 people per day their phone can recharge for free.
