Earlier in the day Monday three people were slain and eight others were wounded when a car bomb exploded at a restaurant in Baquba, 65 kilometers northeast of Baghdad. That attack was claimed by IS.
baghdad - In the Iraqi capital Baghdad on Monday at least seven people killed in a car bombing at a shopping mall. 27 others were injured. Four armed men then stormed the mall, but it is still unclear whether they have taken people hostage or have caused more casualties.
