Subsidy for rabbit whisperer

brussels - The Belgian government appears to be providing subsidies to unemployed people who want to retrain to become a rabbit therapist.

Van Rompuy believes that stricter controls should be introduced.

The government already intervened three months ago when entrepreneurs received helicopter lessons at taxpayers' expense.
