Stolen scepter Senate Nigeria recovered

abuja - The Nigerian police found the ceremonial scepter that was stolen by three invaders from the senate on Wednesday. The thieves had left the scepter under a viaduct in the Abuja chapter.

A passer-by had seen that the thieves left the scepter there and tipped the police. Without the scepter, the House of Lords can no longer formally approve resolutions, but the senate solved that problem by obtaining a reserve scepter from the stable.

The Senate spokesman said on Wednesday that a suspended politician, Ovie Omo-Agege, is responsible for the robbery of the scepter.
