san jose - The authorities in the California city of San Jose have ordered the evacuation of about a thousand homes. The houses are likely fully to walk as a result of the flood in the area. In town, a suburb of Silicon Valley with about a million inhabitants, the state of emergency.
Due to heavy rains, the Coyote Creek overflowed its banks. Entire districts therefore be under a layer of muddy water. Rescuers in boats trying to get people to dry ground. Firefighters go door to door to advise people to seek refuge.
It is expected that the water level rises further. As yet there are no casualties, but surely three hundred homes are severely damaged.
