Spanish police roll up child pornography network

madrid - The Spanish police have rolled up an international network for child pornography. Among the fifty detainees is a 47-year-old Uruguayan who abused his daughters of six and fifteen years and shared the pictures with other pedophiles.

The members of the network exchanged videos through WhatsApp and Twitter. The Spanish police came to the track by investigating cyber agents on the so-called darknet, a part of the Internet that is hard to access. A connection with a WhatsApp group was detected.

The detainees are from fifteen countries, mainly in Latin America. In Europe an Italian and Spaniard were arrested. The police said in their own words one hundred suspects in sight in 24 countries.
