Spanish police arrest IS-trailers

- Spanish police have arrested two Moroccan men allegedly supporters of the terrorist group Islamic State, and possibly wanted to commit an attack on European soil.

One of the two was, according to the Spanish Interior Ministry to the Turkish border traveled to join IS in Syria. After training he must travel back to take part in an attack in Europe. Turkish police took him to the border and sent him back to Spain. He was released, but was then trying to join IS, the ministry said.

The other man is suspected to have helped him.

The two men are residents of Murcia in the south and Valladolid in northern Spain.
