Slovakian minister away after murder journalist

bratislava - The Slovak Minister Robert Kaliňák (Home Affairs) has announced his departure. One of the coalition parties had insisted on this after the murder of journalist Jan Kuciak and his fiancée.

Kaliňák, an ally of Prime Minister Robert Fico, went on his knees on Monday. 'It is important to maintain stability. That is why I decided to resign as a deputy prime minister and as Minister of Home Affairs ', said the minister at a press conference.
