Six fur seals decapitated New Zealand bay discovered

scenery nook - Six young fur seals have been found decapitated in Scenery Nook, a popular New Zealand bay. The national government speaks of a 'brutal and violent' act.

A tour guide saw the eleven-month-old puppies floating in the water. The animals appear to have been beheaded. It looks like the animals have been knocked down and killed elsewhere, to be dumped in the bay later on.

Autopsy was performed on three of the six puppies. It emerged that a shark attack can be ruled out.

The New Zealand police are now looking for the perpetrator (s) and the boat of the perpetrator (s) is being watched.
