The 20-year-old Natalia Dyachenko did not know what she saw when she started her first day at a childcare center at Astrakhan.

Toddlers were tied tightly with their legs, and the arms were seated behind their back so that they could not free themselves. Some buttons were pulled tight in their necks.

'I was really afraid that the children would suffocate. Some toddlers had to stay down for hours ', the whistleblower told the Russian television channel NTV Ru.
