Search Russian plane is 'provocation'

london - Russia is outraged by a search of a Russian Aeroflot airplane from Moscow that landed at London Heathrow on Friday. The Russian embassy in Great Britain says that the search is a 'real provocation'. According to the Russians it is against all rules to search an aircraft without the cabin crew on board.

The British authorities have not yet responded to the accusations. The plane has now left for Moscow again. The London police say they know nothing.

The relationship between the United Kingdom and Russia has deteriorated severely since the attack on the former spy Sergei Skripal. Dozens of diplomats have been expelled back and forth. Other countries, such as the Netherlands, have also expelled Russian diplomats.
