Saudi government on the shovel

- Saudi King Salman has rearranged his cabinet Saturday thoroughly. One is the Minister of the main victims of oil, which had to step down after twenty years.

The king took the government on the shovel to better tailor the turnaround that should make the next few years the Saudi economy.
