paris - The presumably only surviving perpetrator of the suicide attacks committed in Paris in November 2015, Salah Abdeslam, did a good job for another suspect before a French judge. It was Friday for the first time that Abdeslam himself spoke to persons charged with his persecution, according to French media.

The 28-year-old Frenchman who grew up in Brussels explained the role of suspect Ali Oulkadi. Ali Oulkadi had begged him to make it clear that at the time he only drove Abdeslam with a car to the Brussels district Schaerbeek and had nothing to do with terrorist attacks. Abdeslam said that he never asked Ali Oulkadi for help.

In a series of terrorist suicide attacks, Friday 13 November 2015 in Paris and Saint-Denis, about 130 people were killed and 350 wounded. Abdeslam was arrested in Brussels in March 2016. He is in Belgium because of a shooting a few days before his arrest.
