- During another hunt for the Loch Ness monster was finally hit. Researchers found the sample to a depth of 180 meters. It was 10 meters long, the equipment noted. Further study and consultation of the archives showed that it went to a movie model that director Billy Wilder had used in 1969.

In The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes is leading actor Christopher Lee in Scotland looking for a missing man and encounters in passing on the sample. Wilder had previously built a small submarine. The model later sank miserably.

A robot from a Norwegian company discovered the forgotten remains at the bottom of the mysterious lake. Loch Ness is difficult to investigate because of the depth (maximum 226 meters). In addition to the mini-submarine robot took another unknown 8-meter long ship wreck. In the past, the monstrous quests spent a bomber, a racing boat and a centuries-old fishing boat to light, reported VisitScotland Tourism Organization.
