Russians demand more oversight in Ukraine

moscow - Russia on Saturday called for more international supervision upon retraction of mortars , tanks and artillery in eastern Ukraine . Moscow sees preferably greater mission of the Organization for European Security and Cooperation (OSCE) in the area.
The OSCE mission in Ukraine currently employs 543 people . Russia would like to make in 1000 , said a spokesman for the Foreign Ministry in Moscow. Both Kiev and the pro-Russian rebels in the eastern regions have under the agreement signed in February in the Belarusian capital Minsk, removing weapons from the area. The cease -fire is in effect, by the warring parties reasonably nageleefd.
Begin November, the foreign ministers of Russia , Ukraine, France and Germany met to discuss the implementation of the agreement in Minsk.
