Russians and rebels are killed in Syria

moscow - Four Russian soldiers were killed in the east of Syria when rebels attacked an artillery arrangement of the Syrian army. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, 43 rebels also died.
The attack was in the province of Deir al-Zor. Two Russian advisers died on the spot. Five others were injured, of whom two later succumbed to their injuries.
