moscow - The Russian competition authorities started an investigation into telecom provider Vimpelcom, part of the Amsterdam-based company Veon. The case is about prices for roaming.
According to the Russian cartel watchdog FAS Vimpelcom charges disproportionately high prices for users calling outside their home region.
