london - The Russian ambassador in London has once again urged Great Britain to become involved in Skripal research. This appears from a letter in which Ambassador Alexander Jakovenko asks for an interview with Minister Boris Johnson of Foreign Affairs. That maintenance should already take place in the short term. The ministry confirms the formal request of the Russians.
Earlier this week, Russia also made a proposal to jointly investigate the attack on the former Russian spy Sergei Skripal. Great Britain called that proposal 'perverse'.
Since the attack on the former spy Sergei Skripal, the diplomatic ties between Great Britain and Russia have seriously deteriorated. The British think that Russia is behind the attack.
