Russia employs more than 50 British diplomats

London has been given a month to ensure that there are as many Russian diplomats in Britain as British diplomats in Russia. Earlier, Moscow already deployed 23 British diplomats to the country in retaliation for the expulsion of 23 Russian diplomats from Great Britain. They had to leave Great Britain by order of British Prime Minister Theresa May.

The reason for the diplomatic conflict is the poisoning of former double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter. The two were discovered unconscious at the beginning of March on a bank in the English city of Salisbury. Soon it turned out that it was an attack and nerve gas was used.

London accuses Russia of involvement, but Moscow denies.
