seattle - A Russian hacker has been convicted in America to a large digital theft. Roman Valerevitsj Seleznev alias Track2 had broken into the cash registers and ATMs of US companies. He left malware behind and got so between 2009 and 2013, approximately two million credit card information.

Seleznev made the stolen credit card data to servers in Russia, Ukraine and the United States were sent. He compiled the information and sold by criminals. The total damage from work amounted to 169 million dollars, converted 151 million.

Seleznev was arrested in 2014 in the Maldives and then extradited to the United States. He hears his sentence on 2 December.
