'Runaway not prosecuted for small crime'

- Police in the German city of Kiel continued since last October no refugees who have committed minor crimes such as vandalism or shoplifting. That s not worth it, because a lot of work goes into determining their identity.

Writes Bild. Many refugees have no identity cards according to the German newspaper and the police have often too busy to find out what the identity of a suspect.

The police of Kiel said in response to Bild that the regime now would be through a new service command 'overtaken'. Entrepreneurs, however, are not reassured. They see the scheme as a license for criminals.
