Rolling Stones shows historical performance in Havana

- The Rolling Stones performed with Easter in the Cuban capital Havana. Which have cultural officials announced Tuesday in the Cuban newspaper Granma.

The English rock band probably occurs in the Ciudad Deportiva, a complex that already was built in 1957. Granma called the upcoming concert already history, especially since the advent of the Stones opens the door for other great bands. US music magazine Billboard, however, writes that the agreements were not yet around.

Rumors about an event going since last October, when singer Mick Jagger visited Havana. He did on that occasion a few nightclubs, but would also look around in places that would be suitable for a performance by the Stones.

Currently touring the most famous band in the world through Latin America with their Olé tour. The tour ends on March 17 in Mexico City. Easter falls this year on 27th and 28th March.
