'Released Missing Chinese columnist'

- Prominent Chinese columnist Jia Jia was released after he was arrested earlier this month, told his lawyer Sunday.

Jia Jia, who regularly writes a column for Tencent Online on March 15 was missing around the time that he had planned a flight from Beijing to Hong Kong. According to his lawyer Yan Xin police had detained him at the Beijing airport, possibly in connection with an online article criticizing Chinese President Xi Jinping.
