Refugees drowned for coast Lesbos

athens - On the coast of the Greek island of Lesbos, at least fifteen refugees, including one child, drowned when their inflatable boat sank. That made Greek authorities known on Monday. The boat was supposed to leave Turkey on Sunday evening.

UNHCR's refugee organization reported on the basis of survivors that there were 25 people on board. Two survivors, including a pregnant woman, were rescued from the water. They came from Cameroon and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
