Refugee should be returned

brussels - EU member states may return refugees to a 'safe third country', as the European Court of Justice confirmed today.

This is a helping hand for the European leaders, today and tomorrow hope to conclude a deal with Turkey, which is based on the return principle.

Turkey has already said it will not set new requirements, but still widely prevails caution if it will work. Also important is the attitude of Chancellor Merkel, who has suffered a heavy electoral blow on the home front because of its generous refugee policy.

On 7 March the EU and Turkey were agreed on the 1 for 1 principle, Turkey will take all refugees crossing back to Greece. For every Syrian who is taking the EU takes on a Syrian who have been sitting in the camps in Turkey.

Refugees who still make the crossing on their own get a red cross after their names and fingerprints and can forget a legal asylum in Europe.

The European Court of Justice confirms that member states all asylum seekers to another safe country may send outside the EU. One should then have its first agree that Turkey is a safe country.

Concretely did the judges decision in the case of Shiraz Baig Mirza, a Pakistani who came through Serbia to Hungary and applied for asylum there. However, he tried to get over the Czech Republic to Austria. There he was arrested and sent back to Hungary, the country put him over the border to Serbia where he was deported home.
