Red Cross worried about southern Africa

- The International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC) fears assistance to millions of hungry people at risk in the south having to turn back from Africa for lack of money. The capacity is there, 'but without money we are very limited in what we can do and some projects should be removed. '' That's Michael Charles, acting head of the regional office of the IFRC in southern Africa, informed Thursday.
