- For the second consecutive day, Parisians are flocking into the car driven to work. In the morning there was a record length of 529 kilometers of traffic jams, according to the Traffic Information Service (VID) in the Netherlands.
It seems that the people because of the attacks shun public transport and choose the car. The weather conditions worsened the traffic jams Tuesday.
