Ramadan complains to a woman who blamed him

brussels - Swiss islamologist Tariq Ramadan is going to file a complaint against the Belgian woman who accused him of assault last month. 'It's about lying allegations that he most certainly denies and who only aim to harass him and hurt him,' says Ramadan's Belgian lawyer.

The woman had anonymously testified to the French-speaking RTBF on October 31 that she was victim of sexual violence and threats by Tariq Ramadan. The internationally known theologian has responded to this by submitting a complaint in Belgium for 'defamation, defamation and defamation', according to his lawyer.
