Rain complaints about subscriptions discount sites

- The Consumentenbond is flooded with complaints about companies offering discount telephone subscriptions.

According to the union there were more than 2,000 complaints quickly within about organizations like Best Discount Weekend Enjoy, Crown Card, Discount Center, Big Mundo Megapot and Advantage Travel Voucher.

These companies sell discounted subscriptions. Thus consumers can purchase various products and discounted trips or join win promotions. They approach consumers by phone with the story that they can, feel free to meet with such a plan. But if there is not terminated within the probationary period will be charged a one-off amount of approximately 100 euros.

This is not because a telephone contract for a service is not valid without a signature. Duped consumers do not have to pay, says the Consumers' Association.
