Quarter billion penthouse in Manhattan

- The real estate prices worldwide soar. A few million for a garage in the center of London has been nothing special anymore. The most expensive apartment in the world is now for sale in Manhattan, by far the most expensive district of New York. The price leads to a sloppy 250 million dollars (220 million euros), says the developer Vornado Realty Trust.

But the owner also has what. The penthouse is formed by the four upper floors of an apartment at the edge of Central Park. The resident may soon get lost in his own house, because the surface covers up to 7000 square meters. A parking space on the ground indicate the developer moreover nothing.

Is it exclusive penthouse in Manhattan indeed for a quarter of a billion dollars of the hand, then the existing record by 13 million dollars broken. In 2014 there were a buyer in London $ 237 million down to a spot in the luxury One Hyde Park in London.
