Purple dyed dog almost killed by burns

- A purple dyed dog was a few weeks ago seriously injured in an asylum in the US state of Florida. The dog named Violet was dyed by her owner. The incident caused the dog considerable burns. Miraculously, the creature managed to survive the incident. The shelter now warns against the use of hair dye.
