LAKS opened the hotline last year 'Help! My teacher is computer illiterate 'because there came many complaints about teachers who had no idea according to the students how to deal with the Internet. 21 percent are dissatisfied with how teachers deal with ICT, 27 percent are not happy with the amount of ICT being used and a quarter of the students are at all unhappy about how ICT works at school.

The LAKS is working to collect all complaints and will then help and advise schools to better cope with the digital world.
