Publishers threaten sellers ebooks

- Stichting Brein sends people who want to sell an ebook read via Marketplace on behalf of publishing an email which is threatened with a fine of 19,500 euros or six months imprisonment.
It reports the NIS.The move is notable because the judge allows the sale of second e-books for the time being correct. The publishers are worried that if the trade in used digital books gets going, there are far fewer new books are sold.
