hong kong - A Chinese climber, who is extremely popular in China, appears to have died during one of his life-threatening stunts. Wu Yongning (26) became known in China with films on social media showing how he climbs skyscrapers without a security cord.

His fans were worried when he suddenly did not share any more films. Now it appears that the man of a building of 62 floors has fallen in the Chinese city of Changsha.

According to Chinese media, he participated in a competition and was in the race for a considerable sum of money when he made his fatal fall. The man died on November 8, but his death was only announced a month later by his girlfriend.

The so-called rooftopping- the climbing of extremely high buildings without safety measures- has become enormously popular in recent years. Wu warned his followers not to repeat his dangerous practices.
