Prime Minister lures tipers with mountain cash

World February 28, 2018 11:57

bratislava - The murder of a journalist who has written about the misuse of EU money and ties between Slovakian politicians and the infamous Italian Ndrangheta mafia keeps Europe in its grip. Europol interferes with it and Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico praises a one million euro reward- simply, cash- in Bratislava for the golden tip, but according to critics, his Smer party may itself have been an accomplice.

The Slovakian investigative journalist Jan Kuciak (27) was shot with their wife in their home last weekend. The murder has all the characteristics of a settlement. Kuciak wrote earlier about the Panama papers, but even more remarkable was an article about links between Italian mafia and high-ranking Slovakian politicians.
