'President Gauck waives 2nd term '

- German President Joachim Gauck waives a second term. It reports the German newspaper Bild, invoking political sources in Berlin.

The 76-year-old Gauck, according to Bild Monday at his residence a private meeting with Chancellor Angela Merkel. Reportedly he will be there to explain its decision. Tuesday he would do to the German people.
