- Although the play is officially premiered, Harry Potter And The Cursed Child has already broken a record on Broadway. Production in the third week of the previews turned the highest weekly turnover for a non-musical ever.

The eight performances yielded more than 1.7 million euros. The record has been in the name of All The Way since 2014. The play in which Bryan Cranston plays the role of President Lyndon B. Johnson then spent 1.3 million euros in the last week of play.

Harry Potter And The Cursed Child can be seen at the West End in London since June 2016. In New York, production will officially premiere on April 25th. The play takes place 19 years after the events of the last Potter book, Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows. It is not about the main characters in the books, but about their children. They go in the piece to the famous wizard school Hogwarts.
