kiev - Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko wants NATO countries to send ships to the Sea of Azov to 'assist Ukraine and provide security.' He said this to the German Bild.
According to Kiev, Russia blocks the Ukrainian ports on the Sea of Azov by stopping shipping traffic at the Kerch Strait, the rather narrow waterway between the Crimean and Southeast Russia annexed by Russia.
