Pornstar complains Trump for silence contract

World March 7, 2018 05:45

washington - Pornstar Stormy Daniels sues US President Donald Trump because the pornstar's tacit contract with Trump is not valid. The agreement, which should prevent Daniels from talking about the affair that she would have had with the president, was never signed by Trump.

In the indictment Daniels states that she wants the judge to declare the agreement invalid. For example, she can stop Trumps lawyer Michael Cohen from threatening court proceedings if she reveals something about the affair she would have had with Trump.

Earlier, the lawyer confessed to having paid 130,000 dollars to Daniels from his own pocket. Cohen says that the payment was his own initiative, but it is not clear whether Trump was aware of it. According to the lawyer, it was a 'private transaction'. Cohen said earlier that no one forced him, but he did not want to say why he paid the money.

The woman, who is called Stephanie Clifford in daily life, claims that she had an affair with Trump just after the birth of Barron, the now eleven-year-old son he has with his wife Melania. The president has previously denied that he had anything with the porn star. Stormy Daniels has never withdrawn her claim.
